Market Introduction[edit | edit source]

Market is a unique building that allows you to trade with AI.

You can only trade Resources that you have unlocked in the Research Tree.

Every 60 minutes Market pairs will reset and you will get new random trading options. The amount of resources being exchanged between 2 goods is based on their Value and then altered by random %.

Different Market Buildings will have different trade pairs and spread %.

Market Trading[edit | edit source]

Market Trading is pretty simple. You select the resource you want to sell, check if the resource you get is the one you want and if you are ok with % exchange rate. If you want to do this trade just enable the Sell slider and trading will start automatically. Your workers will pull the resources from the buildings, deliver them to the Market and there they will be exchanged every tick.

If you want specific resource you would like to enable "Clear All Trades after Market Update" setting at the bottom, otherwise after the update you might end up trading for something you dont need.

Markets can be used for multiple purposes to help your empire. For example:

  • to get rid of specific resource that is clogging your production line, like Meat or Milk.
  • Another use of markets is substituting or helping your empire resource production. For example you can trade very expensive Bonds or Stocks for insane amounts of Stone.pngStone or Wood.pngWood. You can also buy Wonder-specific resources while you are constructing it.
  • And finally you can use Markets to increase your Empire Value. If you will exchange one expensive resource for another one with good extra % bonus you will gain extra EV.
