It also provides +1 Production Multiplier to all buildings that produce science (excluding Clone Lab for each level that it is upgraded. It has a base cost of Faithx385.9K, Knightx42.51K, Caravelx58.67K for the first level.
Each level upgraded costs 1.5X that of the previous level.
